The yo-yo game of COVID-19 hospitalizations continues in Quebec with another increase on Friday.

Currently, 1,029 Quebecers with COVID-19 virus occupy a bed in a hospital in the province, an increase of 19 from Thursday. The number of patients in intensive care, for its part, remained stable (26, -1). Unfortunately, five people have succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours in Quebec.

In the last day, 877 new infections were recorded among people with access to screening centers.
