Dans la nuit du lundi 3 au mardi 4 juin, un jeune garçon de 14 ans a tué un homme lors d’une course-poursuite avec la police à Clamart dans les Hauts-de-Seine.
The events took place on the night of June 4 to 5 in Clamart in Hauts-de-Seine, reports the Parisien.
At around 2:50 a.m., police officers from the anti-crime brigade identified a stolen Peugeot 3008 car. They then tried to arrest the 14-year-old teenager who was driving the vehicle.
The adolescent arrested
The young man then fled towards the N118 but lost control of his car and hit a Peugeot 307 in the face. His car then overturned and caught fire.
The agents were able to question him directly since he had just left the passenger compartment. Wounded in the arm, he was transported to Béclère hospital then placed in police custody in the premises of the judicial accident treatment service, according to the Parisien.
An open investigation
The police then tried to resuscitate the man, aged around thirty, in the Peugeot 307, thrown a few meters away. Unconscious during the first cardiac massages, his heart had stopped beating, according to the agents.
Dispatched to the scene, a Samu doctor pronounced him dead. The Nanterre public prosecutor's office has opened an investigation into manslaughter.
