Two cases of coronavirus in a day camp operated by the City of Boucherville were added Wednesday to the 27 cases reported from members of the staff and children of the day camp Charlie the snail in Boucherville, in the Montérégie region.
Two people have contracted the virus at the camp Animaction 7-8 years old, who stood at the école secondaire De Mortagne for the week of July 20, confirmed that the City of Boucherville VAT New.
According to the City, the contamination would be born outside of the camp for that day, and all the parents concerned have already been notified. According to the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre, hatching at day camp Charlot the snail, too, would have begun on 20 July.
The activities of the day camps run by the City of Boucherville will continue for the time being, with the exception of the two target groups.
“The result of the investigation of the Directorate of public health, all persons who have had close contact with the case have been identified and isolated, and the measures to be taken have been rapidly transmitted,” says Amélie Giguère of the City of Boucherville.
