35,000 fans shout their love: congratulations to the Remparts

MISE &Agrave ; DAY

It's still fabulous. 35,000 fans shouted their love for the Quebec Remparts. Their love for hockey. Their love for young players.

I dare not say their love for the Nords who are slow to return.

That there were 35,000 to shout, singing, dancing and screaming their pleasure sadly won't change the minds of Gary Bettman and the accountants at the National League office on Madison Avenue.

They'll look at the numbers, they'll see the magnificent Center Videotron and they will think and say to themselves in their minds of deep and contemptuous colonizers: “That's it, they're just good at paying junior prices”.

Patience

At this time, you have to refrain from sending them for a ride. Those who are working hard to prepare behind the scenes for a return of the National League to Quebec know it. You have to be patient and keep the line of communication wide open.

Still, if you're ready to pay six billion for a bus line between Lévis and Quebec, a one-billion-dollar club becomes not so bad.

Everything is so relative in life.

Bravo to the Remparts. Congratulations to junior hockey.
