50th anniversary: nostalgic weekend for the Saguenéens of Chicoutimi

DAY

As part of their 50th anniversary, the Chicoutimi Saguenéens held an alumni weekend to bring the great history of the club to life. After removing Steve Gosselin's number 23 on Friday, around forty former “Sags” players gathered for an entertaining duel on Saturday. Rookie Maxim Massé also took the opportunity to score his very first career hat trick in the QMJHL. However, Sunday's loss to the Baie-Comeau Drakkar left a stain on the Bleus' fine weekend. The five goals by the Côte-Nord representatives sawed off the legs of the “Sags”.
