Help from his grandfather
For Léa, sport is a religion. She trains four times a week in running, once a week in crossfit, once again in swimming, and four times a week in a weight room.
To prepare for Koh-Lanta, the Sétoise has also established a unique training program of its kind. She called on her grandfather: "He built poles at home! The objective was to train for the flagship event of the final phases ", reveals Léa. This legendary Koh-Lanta test consists, for the last three adventurers, of remaining immobile on a pole for as long as possible.
"I also learned archery from him", admits she says, a useful sport in many Koh-Lanta events. Will this family training have a positive impact on the rest of the adventure for Léa ? The next one episode is this Tuesday, March 5 at 9:10 p.m.
