Tour de France 2024: why the presence of Franck Ferrand in the comments on France 2 outrages some viewers

One of the Tour de France commentators has been the target of numerous criticisms since the start of the Grande Boucle.

While the Tour de France started this Saturday June 29 with two French victories, one of the voices of the Grande Boucle has been controversial in recent days. Franck Ferrand , popular historian who deals with comments on the remarkable places and French heritage crossed by the peloton, has suffered a wave of criticism since the start of the 111th edition.

Others do not hesitate to be even more categorical with regard to the commentator: "The comments by Franck Ferrand to describe shitty monuments have greatly contributed to the progress of the National Rally", or even "if a party promises me to fire Franck Ferrand I vote for him directly".
