According to an investigation by the newspaper Le Monde, Alexandre Allegret-Pilot, new Ciottist deputy for the 5th constituency of Gard and senior civil servant in Bercy, granted, while he was in the middle of an electoral campaign, a loan of 1.3 M€ to a company whose statutes are lacking.
While he was in the middle of the electoral campaign in Gard, on July 5, Alexandre Allegret-Pilot, new Ciottiste/RN deputy for the 5th constituency of the department, according to Le Monde, granted a loan of ;rsquo;1.3 million euros. The beneficiary is a company called Vitis Gallica. The thirty-year-old is, by profession, a senior civil servant at the Ministry of Finance, in Bercy.
A decree and questions
The editorial staff of World questions the reasons for this loan, allocated two days before the second round of the legislative elections. Initially intended for a company in difficulty due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the sum was finally paid, by order signed by Alexandre Allegret-Pilot, to a different company. However, no tangible trace emanates from this structure.
Only one X account seems to remain on social networks. The presentation of this account contains violent remarks: "Against Islam and multiculturalism in France. This country already has its regional culture and subcultures. You fit in or you get out (sic)."

An internal investigation at Bercy
In reaction, Alexandre Allegret-Pilot told journalists from Le Monde that he had implemented a decision by the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire. "Totally false", reacted the ministerial office.
According to our information, Alexandre Allegret-Pilot's colleagues and hierarchy learned of his political candidacy in Gard through the press. The person concerned would not have communicated his intentions beforehand. Furthermore, the latter was, according to Bercy services, on leave from June 21 to July 5.
The signing of the loan would therefore have taken place during a holiday period. Which is prohibited. But Alexandre Allegret-Pilot contradicts the ministry and affirms that he was not on vacation on July 5. Which leads us to say that he worked for the State while campaigning for Eric Ciotti and the RN.
On its social networks, no information prior to June 17 is accessible. His X account, pinned due to xenophobic and sexist comments, is still inactive.

According to the declarations of Bruno Le Maire's office in Monde, the money from the loan signed by Alexandre Allegret-Pilot should not be paid to the beneficiary: "We have discovered this non-compliant judgment […] internal checks are in progress."
A complaint considered by Michel Sala
On discovering the Le Monde investigation, the former deputy of the constituency beaten in the elections, the LFI Michel Sala, reacted and reserved the right to file a complaint: "On July 5, 2024, he was both a candidate for the legislative elections and a collaborator of the Minister of the Economy, signing a decree. And not just any decree! He pays 1.3 M€ to a society that does not exist. This comes on top of all the lies and odious comments he uttered during the election campaign. The Gard, the 5th constituency, the Cévenols do not deserve this extreme right candidate. I will file a complaint against all his infamous comments and reserve the right to contest the vote if irregularities are proven."
When contacted, Alexandre Allegret-Pilot has not yet responded to our questions.
