Des concerts

– This Tuesday, August 13, at 8 p.m., concert at the Salamandre cave (Méjannes-le-Clap), with Gipsy Ambiance (a first live performance in the cave, a meal time, a concert on the terrace).
– This Wednesday, August 14, at 8 p.m., the Bar des sports de Laudun welcomes the singer Jasmine for a set of French songs, festive and feminine…
– This Wednesday at 6 p.m., organ concert by Michel Chanard at the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church (Bagnols). Free participation.
– Friday 16th, at 9pm, it's the second selection of the Bagnols singing competition. Meet at Place Bertin-Boissin.
– Saturday, in Saint-Gervais, last summer evening of the brasserie La Gervoise, with concert by Alter Egaux.
– Saturday in La Roque-sur-Cèze, concert by Kheroes (rock, blues), at 8:30 p.m., at La P’tite auberge.

Friendly evenings

– The “Dredis” continue (friendly evenings in village squares, concerts and food trucks). See you this Tuesday in Saint-Pons-la-Calm (Ti’John concert), Wednesday in Vénéjan (Mazjazz project concert), and Thursday in Carsan (Black Moon concert).
– Bagnols Plage, the summer village located at Rimbaud Park, is open from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., until midnight on Friday and Saturday, with concert by Duo 2Times on Friday, and from Lazy Afternoon Saturday.

Shows

– This Tuesday, August 13, at 9:15 p.m., theater under the stars, in the Cour Saint-Maur de Bagnols, with the show Room service, by the Comédie du Mas de Pont, a burlesque behind closed doors. Free.
– Thursday 15th, from 7:30 pm, big evening in the park of the town hall of Pont-Saint-Esprit with a concert by Millenium, then at 10 pm a big show with the robots Stardust and Lightman, and fireworks.
– Saturday 17th, at 8:30 pm, sound and light show at the Sainte-Agnès chapel in Saint-Paulet-de-Caisson, created for the occasion, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its restoration. And concert by Marianne Schœndorff and her “vagabond piano”. Access to the chapel from 7 p.m.

Museum and visits

– At the Gard secular museum of sacred art (Pont-Saint-Esprit), this Tuesday, August 13 at 10:30 a.m., family workshop “Fabulous monster plants!” (create your own modeled clay monster inspired by the decor of the Maison des chevaliers); then “learn about medieval games” on August 16 and 23, at 10:30 a.m., ages 6 and up. – Still in Pont-Saint-Esprit, continuation of the guided tours (free), this Tuesday at 8:30 p.m.: "History and heritage night" and Thursday, August 15 at 9:30 a.m.: "Cursed bread and reconstruction". "Around the streets, squares, and monuments, discover the city's rich architectural and cultural heritage and the anecdotes related to it" in the company of tour guides.

Exhibitions

– In Tresques, the Tour de Guet is putting young people in the spotlight, with an exhibition of three artists from Reims, Quentin Allart (photographs), Baptiste Guichard (paintings on canvas) and Antoine Roque (drawings). The opening will take place on Friday, August 16 from 6:30 p.m., “with an evening that promises to be very enriching“, announces the organizer. Exhibition visible until September 8.

– In the chapter house of Goudargues, Bruno Saut presents his paintings until August 16 (from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. then from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.).

– At the exhibition-workshop space La Galerie de La Roque-sur-Cèze, the photographs of Jean Discours can be discovered until August 18 (open on weekends from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

– At the temple of Fons-sur-Lussan, until August 24, exhibition by visual artist Sylvie Durbec (from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., free admission), opening on August 17 at 6 p.m.

The festival in the villages

From Thursday, August 15, and until Sunday, “Goudargues en fête”, with belote and pétanque competitions, concerts and DJs, meals, fairground rides, and the traditional summer night market on Friday evening.

– Wednesday and Thursday, it's the party at Le Pin (competition, dance, foam aperitif, etc.).

– Saint-Julien-de-Peyrolas enters into a votive festival from Thursday to Sunday.

– Roquemaure also, from August 15 to 18, with a big program of festivities and entertainment from the bullfighting club for this Saint-Roch festival (manade competition, roussataïo, abrivado, toro-piscine). La manade des Chardons is organizing an opening night this Wednesday 14th, starting at 7pm.
