Nîmes Harvest Fair: Agglomeration public transport is adapting

Un dispositif spécifique est mis en place du 12 au 15 septembre
L'Agglo adapte ses transports en commun à la feria des Vendanges. Dans un communiqué, Franck Proust, Président de Nîmes Métropole et Jean-Marc Campello, vice-président délégué aux mobilités et infrastructures de transports expliquent la démarche : "In the calendar of the people of Nîmes, the Pentecost and Grape Harvest Ferias take a very special place. Adapting our public transport network to this major event is essential. This is why the Agglomeration of Nîmes Métropole is setting up 2 night lines to allow users to return more easily and peacefully from the various park and ride facilities"
F1 and F2 : 2 night lines to party in spirit quiet
To accompany the party-goers during the Feria evenings, Tango is setting up 2 night tram’bus lines starting on Thursday, September 12:
– Line F1 (Feria 1): Caissargues <> Musée Romanité
– Line F2 (Feria 2): Laennec <> Daisies(La Glacière stop)
These lines run from 10pm until 1am after the bodegas close:
– Thursday 12th until 3am (1 bus every 20 minutes)
– Friday 13th and Saturday 14th until 4am (1 bus every 20 minutes)
No shuttle to the villages (except Caissargues with F1 and Marguerittes with F2).
Free park and ride lots
"To consume without moderation", the 4 free park and ride lots of the Agglo :
– A54 (served by F1)
– Costières/parnasse (served by F1)
– Laennec (served by F2)
– Paloma (served by F2)
From there, the T1/T2/T3/T4 tram’buses take you directly to the heart of the festivities!
Special Feria Pass
Finally, the feria pass allows you to board buses and tram’buses directly; its cost is 2.80 euros* round trip (*+0.30 euros for support if first purchase).
Where to buy it ?
– At the ticket vending machines at all tram&bus stations
– At the Tango store in downtown Nîmes (except weekends)
– On the app Tango ticket to download on smartphone
– By recharging your card from the Tango e-shop
Detours to be expected
From Wednesday September 11 morning to Monday September 16 noon, the Tango network is diverted to make way for the Féria. (See the map of the diverted network here and find the full diversion in the Traffic Info).
To get to the city center, you will need to get off at the Musée Romanité or Gare Triaire stations. Please note that the timetables for your lines have changed due to the implementation of the diversion. (Check the timetables by downloading the TANGOBUS application, available on Android and IOS).
