Non-binary families, broken chain, phoenix… here are the new emojis soon available from Apple

As the Emojipedia site indicated on January 25, 2024, new emojis will appear in Apple's next update.
New emojis were announced in the first beta of iOS 17.4 on January 25. Apple announced them last year as part of version 15.1 of the Unicode standard.
Apple's catalog is enriched with 118 new emojis
This new list of emoticons includes "six new emoji concepts, four emoji families; non-binary emojis as well as six versions that change the orientation of pre-existing emojis", indicates the site Emojipedia.

Among these 118 new emojis, we will be able to find silhouettes of non-gendered families for more inclusiveness. Two faces, one moving its head vertically and the other horizontally as well as a phoenix, a broken chain, a mushroom, a lime and emojis moving towards the right (they already existed to the left).

When will they be available ?
Concerning their release date, the site Emojipedia predicts that "The final version of iOS 17.4 is expected to be available to users in March or April 2024.
However, it is possible that the update will be available from the beginning of March, Apple being obliged to comply with the Digital Markets Act (DMA) by March 6.
