These are the demands of the public prosecutor, pronounced this Wednesday afternoon, against the former head of the RN in Aveyron and regional councilor, Bruno Leleu. He was to answer for sexual and moral harassment against one of his former employees, within the company Iso d'Oc, since liquidated. The court has given itself until October 16 to render its decision.

In the meantime, the politician refuted all the accusations in court despite several text messages sent to the complainant between January 2020 and October 2021. The president, Blandine Arrial, read them out. Excerpts: “A little lick of the greedy tongue on your little pink button”, “you're badly fucked, I can take care of you”, “if you are my mistress, you and your children will no longer have money worries” … And so on and so forth! And if these text messages were sent from a telephone number that did indeed belong to Bruno Leleu, the latter indicated that he was at the disposal of several people, and also assured that he had no memory of having sent this. indictment.

Several testimonies also came to depict a character "rude, insulting towards women". The complainant, a resident of Cantal, indicated that Mr. Leleu "had a problem with the female sex". She left the company in 2022 "after his advances became unbearable". Her counsel, Me Sébastien Leblond, requested damages in the amount of 15,000 €. Deliberated on October 16.
