'There was confusion when help arrived': 17-year-old stabbed to death outside nightclub

Un suspect, âgé d’une vingtaine d’années, a été interpellé et placé par les gendarmes qui enquêtent sur ce drame survenu dans la nuit de samedi à dimanche à Subles, près de Bayeux, dans le Calvados.

A 17-year-old boy died in the night from Saturday to Sunday from his injuries, after being stabbed outside a nightclub in Subles, near Bayeux, in Calvados, Ouest France revealed on Sunday, September 29.

An altercation apparently broke out in the early morning between several people outside the Octavia, Caen public prosecutor Joël Garrigue told France Bleu Normandie. "He was stabbed several times. We do not know at this time what actually happened. The altercation involved several people. And confusion reigned when emergency services and law enforcement arrived.“

The perpetrator allegedly went to get the weapon from his car

It appears that one of the stabs hit the victim in the throat.

According to France 3 Normandie, the perpetrator of the stabbings allegedly first went to get the weapon from his car, which was parked in the nightclub car park, before returning to use it against his opponent.

The investigation was entrusted to the research brigade and the research section of the Caen gendarmerie.
