Au musée de la Romanité le 14 novembre, il participera à un évènement autour de la santé mentale des athlètes et la psychologie du sport.

The Impulsions association, which works in the Gard to develop psychology for the benefit of sport, athletes and sports associations, is organizing the conference "The cost of gold: after the medals, what psychological challenges for athletes ?" at the Musée de la Romanité on Thursday, November 14.

Camille Lacourt, backstroke swimmer, specialist in backstroke swimming events, five times world and European champion will be present at the event.

As strong as fragile

Recently, Camille Lacourt participated in the documentary "Strong, aussi fort que fragiles" co-directed by a former Usam player, Sylvain Ventre.

Alongside other athletes, the swimmer spoke with great sincerity about his moments of doubt and collapse.

Open to the public, the conference will start at 6:30 p.m. in the museum auditorium (price: 15 euros). Remote follow-up will also be possible.
