The young girl suspected of having slapped her teacher who asked her to remove her veil in a high school in Tourcoing will finally be tried next December.

The student suspected of having slapped a teacher at her high school in Tourcoing (Nord) on Monday who asked her to remove the veil she had just put on when leaving the Sévigné school, was granted an extension on Wednesday before being judged, and will appear on December 11.

“I am sorry for the blows I gave this teacher and I hope that everything will go well”, declared the young girl, wearing a black jacket over a white T-shirt, her hair in a bun, during the immediate appearance hearing during which she requested and obtained this delay.
