A bungalow at the Les Rivages campsite in Millau destroyed by flames

The fire broke out during the night from Thursday to Friday and did not cause any casualties.

More fear than harm during the night from Thursday 5 to Friday 6 September. Millau firefighters are called to a fire in the heart of the Les Rivages campsite, avenue de l'Aigoual in Millau.

Lingerie storage

Fortunately, only one bungalow was ravaged by the flames. It was intended for storing lingerie. It therefore contained only sheets and towels. "The gas bottle inside is intact and there was no explosion", the firefighters on site indicated.

The fire did not spread to the vegetation or other bungalows. Ten firefighters from the Millau barracks were mobilized to control this disaster.
