A chef’s dinner in the vineyards to end the summer

Les gourmets et amateurs de belles soirées vont se retrouver au domaine de la Plaine.

Summer is coming to an end and to round it off after the grape harvest, the Domaine de la Plaine is offering an evening of “A Chef in the Vines”, this Friday, September 6th starting at 7:30 p.m. Chef and restaurateur Nico and the Sala family have joined forces to create an exceptional menu, cooked and served in the heart of the vineyard. They combine their talent for the pleasure of gourmets. For the fourth consecutive year, this is an opportunity to discover the gastronomic wealth of the Frontignan region.

A musical event

The Sala family will welcome the public under the pine trees, around their vines, for a meal concocted by chef Casano, centered around tuna. On the menu: mixed salad, Mediterranean red tuna royal platter (tuna in four ways), accompanied by padrons (green peppers), vanilla zézette ice cream. All served with Muscat from the Domaine de la Plaine and musical entertainment. "Chef Nico cooks tuna with technique and delicacy, explains Christophe Sala, the winemaker. And it will be tasted under our trees, served with wines from our production and always with music."

As in previous years, gourmets and lovers of beautiful evenings are not mistaken and have already booked their dinners but there are still a few places left.
