Pandemic requires, the Comic-Con of San Diego, annual rendez-vous for lovers of superheroes and popular culture, will be fully presented online this year. In the course of the next five days, more than 300 special events and conferences will be broadcast for free on YouTube under the banner ComicCon@home. Here are five not to be missed.

Meeting with Charlize Theron

D’Aeon Flux to The Old Guard’s passing through Mad Max : Fury Road , and Atomic Blonde, Charlize Theron has multiplied the roles of badass in action films over the past two decades. On the occasion of a conference hosted by the journalist Terri Schwartz, the actress south african 44-year-old will discuss in particular the evolution of heroines women in Hollywood.

The Walking Dead

For the 11th year in a row, the team of the popular series of zombies in The Walking Dead will be making an appearance at Comic-Con in San Diego to participate in a panel devoted to the final episode of the season 10, which will be released later this year. The producer and the director of the episode will be present in the company of several stars of the series, including Norman Reedus, Melissa McBride, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

William Shatner

Hard to imagine a Comic-Con without William Shatner. The actor, a native of Montreal, known for his role of captain Kirk in the original series Star Trek, will host this time a round-table discussion on the mission Artemis, which aims to send humans to the Moon in 2024. He will be surrounded by including NASA astronauts, and experts in space technology.

15 years of Constantine

The film director Francis Lawrence, the actor Keanu Reeves and producer Akiva Goldsman will be gathered to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the release of the action film Constantine, an adaptation of the comic book of the same title from DC Comics, which was a resounding success at the box-office in 2005.

Bill and Ted : the reunion

Saturday is definitely the day of Keanu Reeves at Comic-Con. In addition to celebrating the 15th anniversary of Constantine, the actor, 55 years of age will participate in another online event to give a taste of the third film of the series Bill and Ted, who needs to take the poster next month. Actor Alex Winter, and the director Dean Parisot will be also of the part and the panel will be moderated by none other than Kevin Smith.
