Today, with the month of May upon us, I wanted to surprise you with this delicious sauce to dip your raw vegetables, spring rolls and even your favorite grilled meats. Pardon ? Quantity: 180 ml or about 3/4 cup
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup (150 ;g) date puree
2 tbsp. (30 ml) tamari (or soy sauce)
2 tbsp. tablespoons (35 g) natural peanut butter
Garnish if desired: chopped peanuts
HOW TO MAKE IT?

- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Dip your favorite vegetables, pretzels or mini grilled skewers.
- For a crunchy option, add 1 to 2 tsp. chopped peanuts.
