INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup (150  ;g) date puree

2 tbsp. (30 ml) tamari (or soy sauce) 

2 tbsp. tablespoons (35 g) natural peanut butter

Garnish if desired: chopped peanuts

HOW TO MAKE IT?

    < li>Wash hands thoroughly.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Dip your favorite vegetables, pretzels or mini grilled skewers.
  • For a crunchy option, add 1 to 2 tsp. chopped peanuts.
