Ce dimanche 16 juin 2024, un chauffeur de Bercy s’est fait dérober son véhicule de fonction contenant divers objets sensibles.

The man showed up at the Sevran police station in Seine-Saint-Denis on Sunday, June 17, at around 8:35 a.m. after noticing that his vehicle was no longer in front of his house, according to information Europe 1 confirmed by 20minutes.

Two passes for the Elysée Palace

He wanted to file a complaint for the theft of his vehicle, a Peugeot 3008 unmarked car that contained various sensitive objects.

As reported by our colleagues, a flashing light, a horn, a “police” sun visor, the driver's passport and a petrol card were inside. But above all, two passes to enter the Élysée Palace, indicates Europe 1.

An investigation opened

According to information from our colleagues, the car is not equipped with a geolocation system. However, its registration plate was recorded in the stolen vehicle file.

The Bobigny prosecutor's office has opened an investigation.
