A friendly blessing of schoolbags in the Saint-Joseph church in Alès

This Thursday, September 26, at the end of the day, back-to-school mass with an original blessing of the school bags, in the Saint-Joseph church in Alès.

In the context of the back-to-school mass for the Catholic Education schools in Alès, the Saint-Joseph church hosted a festive mass on Thursday late afternoon, bringing together primary and secondary school pupils, teachers and school principals.

This religious celebration, presided over by Father Marco Adriaranason, responsible for youth ministry, was also the occasion, at the end of the mass, for an original blessing, that of the schoolbags of the many schoolchildren present. It was the deacon Yves Di Massimo who diligently ensured this beneficial and common liturgical gesture in the Catholic Church.
