A homeless Ivorian cannot find a better idea than to roll a vehicle within the CRS 56 in Montpellier

Arrested, he was referred to the Montpellier public prosecutor's office for an immediate appearance.

Bad pick for this homeless Ivorian, aged 30, who probably did not know Montpellier well. Indeed, this Wednesday, February 21, at 6:45 a.m., he was overpowered by police officers from the CRS 56, rue de la Vieille-Poste, in the Millénaire district.

Glasses and bank card ?

He had just entered the barracks to break a window of a vehicle parked in the parking lot. Handed over to national police officers, he was found carrying a pair of Dolce Cabana sunglasses which he admitted to having found in another vehicle visited as well as a bank card in the name from a third person.

He wanted to take a little nap

In police custody, he explained that he did not want to roll the vehicle parked in the barracks parking lot but just slept inside. An explanation which did not convince the public prosecutor's office which ordered that he be referred for immediate appearance before the judicial court.
