A hunt organized in Gard in Bellegarde this Saturday to find a man missing for 7 days

Ce samedi à partir de 9 heures, rendez-vous est donné à la population pour une "battue citoyenne" afin de retrouver Fernando Lopes.
Since January 12, the town of Bellegarde has had no news of Fernando Lopes, one of its residents. Also, the mayor of the town, Juan Martinez, is asking the population to participate in the search this Saturday, January 20, from 9 a.m. The appointment is set in front of the college Frederico Garcia Lorca.
"To date, and despite the searches initiated since Friday January 12 in the evening by the national gendarmerie, the firefighters, the municipal police, the citizens and the family, no element ;was discovered, explains the mayor in a message addressed to his fellow citizens.
The resources deployed were numerous, including 6 dog teams, 4 drone teams (with thermal and night vision drones), foot patrols, mountain bikes, vehicles …
A call for witnesses was also broadcast by the gendarmerie in the local press as well as on social networks, simultaneously with the notice launched by the city.

We will meet the volunteers on Saturday January 20 at 9:00 a.m. on the square of the Federico Garcia Lorca college."
Contacted by Midi Libre, Juan Martinez confirms that the hunt is open to anyone who wishes.
