You have surely noticed that a construction site has been agitating Avenue du Maréchal-de-Lattre-de-Tassigny since December 2022. This is the construction of the new residence of the group specializing in real estate FDI. Named 'Honeymoon', the modern three-level building will have 26 new homes and will be delivered in the last quarter.

From the studio to T4

Located in the heart of the city center, the real estate program will consist of several types of housing, ranging from studios to T4. The initial price fluctuates between €135,000 for the smallest living spaces and up to €269,000 for the largest. If the accommodations are distinguished by their surface areas (from 30 m2 to 85 m2), they will all have the common point of having a balcony and an equipped kitchen upon delivery. The residence, with free access, will be mainly occupied by owners (around 60%), who will subsequently have the possibility of renting their property. For the rest, real estate investors should fill the few homes still available.

For the subsidiary FDI promotion, which manages the marketing of real estate, the choice of settling in Lunel has nothing d'anodin. "The position of the residence is intended to be intelligent and practical. It will be close to the town's amenities and the Thursday and Sunday markets. But also 20 minutes from Montpellier, Nîmes or even La Grande-Motte", underlines Jérémy Aubery, sales director of FDI promotion and FDI Habitat. Thanks to this geographical location, the real estate group, which recently celebrated its centenary, hopes to attract diverse and varied profiles. If you are looking for a base close to Montpellier and Nîmes, the two metropolises of Hérault and Gard as well as the sea, some accommodation has not yet found a taker. There is therefore still time to submit an application to the mandated agencies, to take or repeat a honeymoon in Lunel.
