L’effectif est stable, les actions nombreuses grâce à un bureau et des bénévoles très investis. Le club a tenu son assemblée générale vendredi.

Friday, September 13, the Bagnols Marcoule Sabran Tennis de Table office held the general meeting of the club founded in 1964. In front of around thirty members, Adrien Pronier presented the report of his first year as president. With 70 members in 2024, the workforce is stable (68 in 2023), but has seen a big drop in competitors offset by an increase in Monday leisure groups, led by Patrick Massé. The decline in competitiveness of the 1st team is likely to continue with the departure of the nugget Adam Gomez to ASPTT Nîmes-Montpellier.

Success of tournaments, activity with schools…

In terms of entertainment, the president is pleased with the success of the Telethon, springboard and ultimate tournaments, which were sold out. A new initiative imposed by Adrien, the resurrection of the lottery was a great success, even if it was exhausting both physically and mentally. This season, the club continued its work with the Jules-Ferry and Jean-Jaurès schools. It was with a smile that treasurer Sylvain Costenoble presented the financial report. The balanced budget despite the significant cost of Julien Lougarre's training was boosted by the success of the presidential lottery. With a profit of 3,314 euros, the report could have been optimized if the various courses had not been in deficit. On the sporting side, boosted by the numerous victories of Adam Gomez and Benjamin Hatton, as well as the maintenance of all the teams, the results could only be satisfactory.
To close the AGM, the office wanted to reward several volunteers who worked during the numerous events and who will remain mobilized again this season, in particular to celebrate the club's 60th anniversary.
