Overcome shyness
The phenomenon is clearly observable in the classrooms of the schools of Bagnols-sur-Cèze. The city's schools thus host seven Coup de Pouce clubs affiliated with seven CP classes, each one welcoming five children designated by the teachers from among those who are most in difficulty. "Teachers spot them because they are children who will speak a little less and who will be somewhat shy about turning to books or will turn to writing" ;. The two disciplines are approached in a fun way. The Célestin Freinet school welcomes two clubs, Jean-Jaurès as well. The Jules Ferry school is home to three clubs. In Bagnols-sur-Cèze it is the CCAS, Municipal Center for Social Action which manages or coordinates the clubs in the town.
