La nouvelle association des parents d'élèves de l'école maternelle Jean-Jaurès, à Bagnols-sur-Cèze, ont organisé une première kermesse réussie. 400 invités étaient présents.

The Jean-Jaurès nursery school in Bagnols-sur-Cèze was the scene of the first and greatest success of the young parents' association. Formed in December 2023, the association's sole aim is to improve the daily lives of children and teachers. After several months of work, President Wassima Assouki's team wanted to punctuate the year in style. Counting on the experienced Sylvie El Filali, former leader of a parents' association, Wassima and the other office members, with logistical assistance from the municipality, the festival committee as well as the agglomeration, organized the first fair of the establishment.

"A great outpouring of solidarity"

The participants, the children as well as nearly 400 guests, were able to enjoy the sounds of DJ KAM’S, an inflatable castle, wooden games, a makeup workshop, and traditional sales. The characters of the dog Marcus and the alien Stitch wandering around during the party were a great success with children but also adults. "It’is a great outpouring of solidarity which allowed the smooth running of this event" underlines Wassima. The 140 students and future students of the school hope that this big fair will become a tradition of the Jean-Jaurès nursery school.
