Three suspected drug traffickers were arrested in the suburb of Aimargues (Gard), during the night from Monday to Tuesday.
A great catch. A ton of cannabis resin was seized and three suspected drug traffickers were arrested on January 30, around 3:30 a.m., in Aimargues, in the Gard, by investigators from the branch of the Anti-Narcotics Office of Lyon (Rhône), according to information from BFMTV.< /p>
During the search of the truck used by the suspects, investigators also discovered 15.5 kilos of herbal cannabis. On resale, these kilos of narcotics would have a total value of 3 million euros, reports Actu17
Suspects from Chambéry
The three suspects, originally from Chambéry (Savoie), were placed in police custody as part of a rogatory commission from an investigating judge of the interregional jurisdiction specialized (Jirs) of Lyon.
Also according to information from BFMTV, the three suspects were brought before the investigating magistrate this Friday, February 2, with a view to their indictment.
