Quebecer Laurent Dumais was the best Canadian representative on Saturday in the freestyle ski moguls of Idre Fjäll, Sweden, finishing in 10th place.

Dumais posted a score of 79.00 in the first final, finishing close to the top six competitors who qualified for the super final. Gabriel Dufresne for his part took 13th place (78.52).
Benjamin Cavet collected the gold medal in the men, signing a French double with the champion Perrine Laffont, who once again dominated on the women’s side.
The only Canadian competitor in the finals, Quebecer Justine Dufour-Lapointe made two small errors in the middle of the course, during the first final, to finish in 13th position.
The athletes will be in action again on Sunday in Sweden for the presentation of the parallel moguls event. Recall that Quebec champion Mikaël Kingsbury is absent, he who is recovering from fractured vertebrae in training.
