A twentieth day of Alesian mobilization for a ceasefire in Gaza

Israel uses hunger as a weapon of war

Faced with more than a hundred people, the activist warns of a " humanitarian situation (which) is deteriorating day by day and hunger (which) is spreading. The situation in Rafah, with 1.4 million Gazans, is catastrophic. Only 10% of the necessary food and water reach the camp population who suffer from extreme hunger, even outright famine. Israel uses hunger as a weapon of war, the conditions of survival in the north of the Strip where survival of several hundred thousand Gazans is alarming. 15% of children under the age of two suffer from acute malnutrition according to the World Food Program."

What is at work in the dark side that is unbridled ? It is the attack on institutions.

What is at work in the dark side that is unbridled? It's the attack on institutions. We would like to be vigilant about this systematic attack on institutions which makes the unacceptable happen. We must work today, here, now at all times to develop a culture of peace and therefore oppose a war economy. ;quot;

La France Insoumise refuses any warlike escalation

A war economy including Evelyne Herbeau of the France Insoumise party mentioned the parliamentary news which plans to collect part of the funds from the booklet A in order to to direct it towards the defense industry:  " In Palestine as in Ukraine, the war seems to have become for some a sporting event that must be maintained to see it through to the end. end. And it is inevitably done with an adversary even if other States can facilitate relations, which must be France's priority." 

On Mount Ricateau let the Palestinian flag fly

For the Communist Party, Giovanni di Francesco encourages "to multiply symbolic actions, to to raise flags, and why not on Mount Ricateau  fly the Palestinian flag" , alluding to a national operation planned in this direction between March 2 and 10.

In memory of Aaron Bushnell

A few minutes before the departure of the gathering, citizen Pierre evoked the memory of Aaron Bushnell, a young American soldier who was immolated in front of the  rsquo;Israeli embassy in Washington to protest against the Israeli offensive in Gaza. Filming himself live on the Twitch platform, the latter will explain his gesture by & quot; his refusal to be complicit in genocide."

The results of the war show "more than 40,000 dead and (…) when the army fired on the population on the occasion of the arrival of food aid […] this makes States face their own responsibilities for the ongoing genocide" , asserts Salima Mellah, calling  "for a lifting of the siege for reconstruction and the resumption of a political process".
