A useful snack with the Friends of Hospitals

About fifty ladies responded to the invitation from the Friends of Hospitals association to share an excellent snack prepared by the staff of the Hôtel de la Paix this Thursday, February 1st. The atmosphere was pleasant, the setting cozy.

It was an opportunity to see old acquaintances again and have a pleasant time together.

Gaëlle Lévêque, mayor of Lodève, came to share this moment, exchanging a little word with each of the people present.

A raffle allowed the happy winners to leave with a nice prize.

All the participants agreed that they had spent a very pleasant and useful afternoon.

The money raised makes it possible to offer residents of the Lodève hospital retirement home various activities. "They break the everyday life and the languor of the days, bringing nt something a little magical", indicates president Colette Buch.

In April, the association will organize a lottery followed by the raffle draw under the big chestnut trees in the hospital courtyard, weather permitting…
