I’ve already talked about the vineyard of the cottage, one in front of which I pass without stopping almost every week when I “come up” at the cottage in the beautiful region of Mauricie.
I should say, in front of which I passed, as I again took the time to go and taste the wines. Of all the wines tasted, it still is the white that shoots according to me the best pin in the game. A blend of prairie star and louise swenson which, according to the owners, work very well on their land. The 2018 which is currently proposed is distinguished by its nose with floral accents, white fruit and a touch exotic. In the mouth, the wine displays a beautiful liveliness, it is clear and the flavors more. The final sustained notes of peach. Frankly well done, very pleasant and, most importantly, sold at a bargain price. Available at the domain and at most grocery stores in the region.
