She was then placed in pre-trial detention at the Fresnes penitentiary center, in Val-de-Marne.

Gray areas remain since her journey in Iraq and then in Syria, which she would have joined in 2014, barely 16 years old at the time, to follow her family who had joined the organization of the Islamic State.

Escape from a camp

During her police custody, she reportedly declared that part of her family had been killed in bombings, ignoring what became of her parents, sisters and one of her parents. his brothers.

The "revenant" also assured anti-terrorism investigators that she had been detained, in 2019, in the Al-Hol refugee camp, in the north of Syria, near the Iraqi border. According to BFMTV, she explained that she had been "confined to household chores" and having been "married on several occasions to members of the terrorist organization Islamic State, at different periods", but not having had children.

An open judicial investigation

This young woman recounted how she managed to escape from this camp at the end of 2019 to reach Turkey where, at the French embassy, ​​she asked to return in his native country, France. According to BFMTV, his lawyer did not wish to say more for the moment.
