A 19-year-old man has been charged with “threats” to the President of the United States after he drove a truck into a fence near the White House on Monday evening, according to police sources and this contact form that was submitted.

The accident occurred on the north side of Lafayette Square, about a hundred meters from the White House and near several luxury hotels.
