Le Greta Millau a accueilli 820 stagiaires en 2023 pour un total de 7 000 heures de formation.

A key player in lifelong professional training, Greta CFA Midi Pyrénées Nord is launching its new year with optimism and ambition. On the occasion of the ceremony of greetings from the Millau agency, the South Aveyron branch recalled its missions, took stock of the 2023 financial year and considered the avenues of reflection that will accompany it in 2024. Not without a certain satisfaction.

Meet local expectations

Channeled according to the needs of the territory, training in the sectors "Care – health – well-being – social" are indeed on the rise. "The State diploma for educational and social support (DEAES) or that of# 39;early childhood educational support clearly meets very identified needs in Millau, confirms training advisor Gaëlle Tarrusson. The requests are numerous… locally there is a big lack in terms of structures.

At the start of the 2023 school year, 73 Millavois families were, in fact, waiting for a childcare solution for their children, confirmed on this subject. ;the municipality.

Given our particularly rich panel, we are able to offer and respond to all training requests ranging from 7 hours for the shortest to 2 years< /p>

"Some arrangements work better than others, such as early childhood, assistance or hospitalization at' nbsp;home, in nursing home. We also have all areas related to accounting, management, secretarial", complete Laurence Callec.

Particularly varied, half of these training courses concern job seekers. For the other part, it concerns employees who, at the request of their company, "wish to improve their skills&quot ;, testifies Davy Lagrange, operational director of Greta Nord which brings together Aveyron, Lot and Tarn. "Locally, companies are looking for increasingly qualified people", precisely compatible with the expectations of the local economic fabric which undoubtedly, struggles to seduce outside its bases.
