After yellow and red, what will the new blue card be used for, soon to be tested in football ?

Football referees will now have to wear three pockets on their outfit: one for the yellow card, the other for the red, and a last one for the cardboard…blue. 

It's official since Tuesday: the International Football Association Board (IFAB), guarantor of the rules of the game, has planned ;#39;introduce a new cardboard on an experimental basis. Thus, the blue card will sanction with a ten-minute exclusion the author of an anti-playing fault or aggressive attitude towards the referee.

Inspired by rugby

An example inspired by rugby, which could be applied in the English championship from next season. This is the first time since the & #39;appearance of yellow and red cards at the 1970 World Cup, a new card is introduced.   

If a player takes two blue cards, or one blue card and one yellow card, then he will be excluded from the match. Enough to create new controversies or to cleanse mentalities ?
