Aggression Bassem Braiki : Sadek and one of his alleged accomplices detained

Arrested following the assault of Bassem Braiki on the night of Monday 10 to Tuesday 11 February 2020, Sadek and one of his alleged accomplices have been indicted and placed in detention for “violence, aggravated by three circumstances (use or threat of a weapon, meeting and premeditation) and aggravated theft” by the investigating judge.

In the night of Monday 10 to Tuesday 11 February 2020, Sadek Bourguiba agressait violently Bassem Braiki at the bottom of his building to Vénisseux. According to the public prosecutor of Lyon to the AFP, the investigative judge has indicted for “violence, aggravated by three circumstances (use or threat of a weapon, meeting and premeditation) and aggravated theft” (they have also stolen a bag). They have been remanded in custody.

Bassem Braïki, which showed sores on the face and the skull, has been prescribed by the doctors five days of temporary interruption of work (ITT).
