An agreement in principle has been reached between the members of the Sépaq and the bosses. The threat of a strike will occur, not likely.
At the beginning of the month, union members threatened to strike, but gave in spite of everything, a last chance for negotiation.

If the agreement is accepted by the delegates, it will then be submitted to some 2,500 unionized.
It’s been months that relations are strained to the Sépaq. The union members are without a collective agreement since January of 2019.
The discussions were resumed in march last year, but they have then been put on pause due to the crisis of the COVID-19.
It is a good news for the tens of thousands of people in Quebec who have purchased an access card for national parks in the last days.
