Alex Belzile is a star

Like forward Anthony Richard, Laval Rocket captain Alex Belzile was added to the North Division roster at the American Hockey League (AHL) All-Star Game on Wednesday.
The 31-year-old veteran takes the place of teammate Justin Barron. The latter cannot take part in the event, since he is still with the Montreal Canadiens.
Belzile also made a stay with the Habs recently, but was returned to the Rocket on Tuesday evening. In five games with the National League club this year, he has amassed four assists.
In the AHL, the Rivière-du-Loup native hit the target 13 times and provided 12 assists for 25 points in 29 games.
The development circuit all-star game activities will take place next Sunday and Monday at Place Bell in Laval.
