Accountant becomes security guard to attend Taylor Swift concert

Taylor Swift has millions of fans around the world, but her biggest fan is possibly a Tennessee accountant who got hired as a security guard so he could attend his singer's show favorite.

Like many people, Davis Perrigo was unsuccessful in getting tickets to Taylor Swift's show, including The Eras Tour > was in Nashville at the beginning of May.

The accountant by profession was undeterred, however, and managed to get hired as a security guard at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, a month before Taylor Swift's show.

His plan has worked, since he found himself in front of the stage when his idol came to interpret his greatest hits.

Unfortunately, Davis Perrigo was not allowed to use his phone to capture the event, since he was working, but still enjoyed his evening… maybe even a little too much!

Indeed, the accountant turned security guard was filmed by several spectators while he sang with a lot of enthusiasm the songs of Taylor Swift during the show.

Mr. Perrigo even admitted to being reprimanded by the singer's security team who asked him to “calm down a bit.”

In addition to realizing his dream, the Taylor Swift fan is went viral on social media. A video in which the security guard is seen singing in front of the stage has even been seen by more than 6 million people on TikTok.

“In the end, it was a blessing that I didn't get no tickets,” said Davis Perrigo.
