Air Transat plane hits Boeing in Miami

Two planes, including an Air Transat Airbus A330 from Toronto, collided at Miami Airport minutes after landing. 

The left wing of the Quebec carrier's aircraft struck the aircraft stabilizer of the Emirates Boeing 777 which was parked, according to Sam Chui, a media specialist in aviation.

At the time of the collision, the passengers were still on board the aircraft, but no one was injured.

At least one of the aircraft sustained significant damage.

Both aircraft are still at the airport of Miami since the collision which occurred on April 13.

An investigation is underway to determine the causes of the accident.
