Anger of farmers: update on traffic conditions in Gard

Ce lundi 29 janvier, en fin de journée, la situation sur le réseau routier est toujours très compliquée.

Numerous disruptions on the Gard road network were noted this Monday, January 29 at the end of the day by the Gard prefecture. Thus, the A9 motorway, blocked in Nîmes West by angry farmers, is still closed to traffic between Gallargues and Orange in the South-North direction, as well as between Nîmes East and Gallargues. On the A54, it is not possible to travel between Nîmes and Garons.

Furthermore, the secondary network is experiencing significant difficulties.

– RD6572 in Saint-Gilles: very complicated network saturation situation.

– RN86 between Bagnols-sur-Cèze and Saint-Nazaire: very complicated traffic

– RD6572 between Aimargues and Vauvert: very complicated traffic saturation of the network

– RD135 chemin des canals in Aubord: dense traffic RD135/RD42 Caissargues very complicated traffic saturation of the network

– RD994 old bridge of Pont Saint-Esprit: closed until Tuesday.

– RD6086 between Bezouce and Saint-Bonnet du Gard: very complicated traffic.

– Bagnols-sur-Cèze/Pont Saint-Esprit axis: very significant disruptions in both directions of traffic.

– Disturbances in Bagnols-sur-Cèze at the four town entrances: on the RN 580, on the RN 6086, on the RD 6 and on the RN 86.

– Load shedding by the RD6 (at the Europe roundabout) or RN580 Villeneuve then Beaucaire.
