Another painful defeat for Leylah Fernandez

Quebec's Leylah Fernandez was eliminated in the doubles quarter-final at the Dubai Tennis Tournament on Thursday.
Her duet was completed by American Bethanie Mattek- Sands lost in two identical sets of 7-5 in front of the Russians Liudmila Samsonova and Veronika Kudermetova.
The winners broke four times against two for their rivals during the 1:54 minute clash.
Fernandez was ousted in the second round of the singles session on Tuesday. She lost the flag in two identical sets of 6-1 against Poland's Iga Swiatek, who owns the first echelon in the WTA world rankings.
