Under the pediment of the old cooperative cellar, on the ground floor of the Origin residence, various businesses have been set up, including the Julia cheese factory. The business had already been located in the old parking lot, in a prefabricated building, for many months. Finally, Julia found her definitive place to the delight of her loyal customers. "Chez Julia" is a gourmet address but above all a great family adventure.

"I have continued the family saga of Maison Serin since 1981, because family is sacred and this work is my passion. It is only natural that we moved into this new place and want our customers to feel at home. We advise them, we put our heart and our passion at the service of quality with tasteful products that reflect a terroir and know-how", underlines Julia . It therefore offers a selection of artisanal and farm cheeses but also Lacaune charcuterie and French poultry. Without forgetting Bessan wine and artisanal canneries.
