À compter du 2 mai jusqu’à fin septembre 2024, l’accès des automobilistes ne se fera plus par Saint-Denis mais par Plan Cabanes. Piétons et cyclistes devront aussi modifier leurs habitudes.

As part of the construction of tramway Line 5, the commissioning of which is scheduled for the second half of 2025, work is progressing in the Saint-Denis sector, leading to changes in access to the Gambetta car park, from May 2 until the end of September 2024.

Detour proposed to access it

During the work, the Gambetta car park will see its operation modified. The Saint-Denis entrance, accessible via Cours Gambetta, will be temporarily closed until the end of September 2024.

Motorists will be invited to refer to the Plan Cabanes entrance to park in the car park. A diversion route via Boulevard Renouvier is proposed to them.

Pedestrian access also closed

The Saint-Denis and Rue André Michel pedestrian access points will be temporarily closed. Pedestrians will be invited to access the car park and exit via other access points to the car park, the closest of which is located at rue Saint-Barthélemy.

The Saint-Denis bike park will be temporarily closed during the work. From May 2, cyclists will be invited to park their bikes in locations located near the Plan Cabanes access or in one of the bike parks in the TaM network.
