4 pieces of apples

4 tbsp. any dried fruit

3 tbsp oil (I take coconut)

2 tablespoons – honey

2 tbsp. any nuts

2 tsp – lemon juice

5 tbsp. of oat flakes

1. Peel the apples peeled and seeds, grate on a coarse grater or cut into cubes and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Your chosen dried fruit (in my case it prunes) rinse well, chop, mix with apples and place in a ovenproof form.

3. Oat flakes mix with oil (I had coconut, but you can use olive).

4. Put the oatmeal into the apples and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 15-20 minutes until Golden crust. Apple crumble is ready.

“For lunch you can prepare vegetable soup with red lentils,” says the host.

½ Tbsp – tomato paste

300 g – carrots

300 g new potatoes

200 g – onion

4 tbsp vegetable oil

salt to taste

½ Tsp – sweet red pepper

2 pinches – cucurma

1 Cup red lentils

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes. Potatoes cut into cubes or small pieces, carrots – slices. Put in a saucepan.

2. Rinse the lentils and add to the pan. Cover with water (about 1.5 l), add the tomato paste and cook with lid on for 1-1. 15 h. During cooking, periodically stir the soup, if necessary, add water. Before the end of cooking season to taste, add sweet red pepper and turmeric.

3. Onion cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, until tender. Then add the onions to the pot of soup and simmer another 20 min.

4. With the help of a blender grind the contents of the soup until smooth. Return to heat, bring to a boil and boil for two minutes.

5. Ready soup ladle into bowls, sprinkle with greens and serve.

40 g sesame seeds

3 cloves of garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the chickpeas and soak in water for 12 hours. Drain the water, pour new and cook on low heat, covered for 2 hours. Gram decoction obtained do not pour!

2. On a dry pan fry the sesame seeds until Golden brown.

3.The cooled sesame seeds grind in a coffee grinder.

4. Whisk blender chickpeas, sesame paste, garlic and spices. Add lemon juice and olive oil, add salt in the process of whipping. Add the chickpeas broth.
