A maximum number of classic car owners are expected on Wednesday, August 15, in the city center of the capital of the Cévennes, in the Gard.
This will be part of the festivities of August 15th of the Gard sub-prefecture, concocted, as part of Estiv Alès, by the City and the association Cévennes Cars. It is planned, in fact, that a large place will be given to collector cars, those that left the factory more than 25 years ago. And, for this, Loïc Pérois, the president of the organization of lovers of old rods, whose meeting organized every morning of the first Sunday of the month, on the Alès fairground, attracts a good number of old cars, is launching a call for mobilization. “To attract as many exhibitors as possible,” he says. Because he hopes to see as many collector cars as possible flood into the heart of the city. “We already have almost 40 registered, which is what we had planned, but if we can invade the entire boulevard Louis-Blanc, it would be better for the public…" Registrations are also open until Wednesday, August 14, inclusive, by email, to the following address: cvnandcars@gmail.com
