OPEN for "multi-skilled operator in a nuclear environment". A new session will begin in January 2025. The first graduates have all been hired on permanent contracts.

This is the procedure: for a training course to be certified by France compétences and registered in the RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications), two “pilot” sessions must first have taken place. This is the case for the OPEN title, for multi-skilled operator in a nuclear environment, supported by Kairos Formations (training center of the Bagnolais D& S group) and the Greta CFA Gard-Lozère. Two sessions took place in 2020 and then in 2022. Today, all sixteen graduates work on permanent contracts. "People who have benefited from the test training are retroactively entitled to the now recognized diploma", indicate Julien Feja, president of the D&S Group, and Julien Guy, director of Kairos Formations. Thus, this Thursday afternoon, this graduation ceremony took place in the presence of Nathalie Delaborde, professional training advisor for the Greta-CFA Gard-Lozère industry, and Thierry Delaigue, principal of the Einstein high school and vice-president of Greta, and Martine Diez, representative of Geiq Industrie.

Alternating

This training is now co-certified by Greta Gard-Lozère and Kairos Formations. Olivier Hernandez was part of the first class. He is very satisfied with his progress. " At 40, it's a career change, he says. It's a physical job, in sanitation and dismantling. This training opened doors for me that I wouldn't have imagined." He completed his studies with other training courses "to be even more versatile".
The next session, the first after obtaining this RNCP title, supported by Greta and Kairos Formations, will begin on January 7, 2025. The recruitment process has begun. For learners, this training can take place in alternation: in apprenticeship (up to 29 years old) or in professionalization contract (for a reconversion for example). "We are considering recruitment by the Simulation Recruitment Method (MRS) in collaboration with France Travail', specifies Nathalie Delaborde.
