74-year-old actress honored for lifetime achievement
English actress Helen Mirren received an honorary Golden bear at the Berlin film festival. The star said the award for lifetime achievement at the 70th Berlinale, which kicked off on February 20.
So, 74-year-old winner of Academy awards, Cannes and Venice film festivals, was awarded a special prize on the eve of the Berlinale “Golden bear” for achievements in life.
Award Helen Mirren handed the artistic Director Carlo Chatrian and CEO Mariette Rosenbeck.
“It exists outside of any stereotypes, she breaks barriers at work and in personal life, she is not afraid to argue with the Directors to make their characters stronger,” talking about Mirren at the festival.
At the Berlinale also held a screening of the historical drama “the Queen” in which Helen Mirren played Elizabeth II.
On account of Helen Mirren more than 100 roles, including work kartinah “Caligula” (1979), “Sons” (1996), “the Big game” (2009), “RED” (2010), “Hitchcock” (2012), “Woman in gold” (2015), “the Good liar” (2019).
