Best bakery in France: And in the end, it’s the Alésien Gueule de pain that wins!

Clément Bellegarde, un amoureux de la pâte et du levain qui a séduit. Midi Libre – STEPHANE BARBIER

This Friday, during the show The Best Bakery in France, it was the Alesian Clément Bellegarde assisted by Clément Forgues who won the challenge against his counterpart Le périn Nîmois directed by Pierre Roussel.

When he announced his participation in this show on M6, he nevertheless revealed his secret: "the love of the work of dough". A point which did not escape the two presenters who were seduced by the presentation of the bakery and its contents.

Beyond the demonstration of one's know-how through, among others, a game hunter, having been able to take up the challenge of a  liquorice bread and surprised with a bread with sweet Cévennes peppers from Colautti (Ners), this television time was the opportunity to offer very beautiful views, sublime even one would say- on, in the town of Alès. If this South is ingenious according to the slogan of the agglomeration, it is also tasty, we must now add!

At the end of the week, it is Pierre and Brice, bakers in Jacou (34) who will represent Occitanie during the national final in Paris .
